the information you provide to the NCSA is not disseminated to others in the form of lists;
demographic information (information that identifies no specific person) may be developed and shared within the Association;
and
information from a known wanted person (fugitive from justice) or about a criminal act will be shared with the appropriate law enforcement agencies.
